Check in is from 4.00pm to 7pm. We will not accept guests who arrive after 9:30 PM.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure
Once you are checked in, you may come and go as you please, your room is availible to you at any time during your rental period.
Rooms are serviced by request only and will need to be vacated by 10:00AM (depending upon covid-19 restrictions)
We do not accept babies or children under the age of 5
We are dog friendly and accept up to 2 dogs, plaese advise at time of booking. Dogs are not to be left in the room whilst the owner is out for the day.
Maximum occupancy 2 people in each room.
For everyones comfort we have a quiet time from 10:30 pm at night to 7:00 am
In accordance with Scottish law smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please bear in mind when booking that Ardmorn is our family home. We offer you a friendly welcome in comfortable surroundings, but we are unable to offer some of the services you may find in more expensive hotels, such as laundry facilities
CANCELLATION POLICY
Revised & temporary cancellation policy - You will be able to cancel up to the last minute with no penalty. Please email or phone us immedatly should you be aware that you need to cancel. We also reserve the right to cancel at any time due to Covid19. Your booking will not be cancelled by the owners except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Notification will given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us if any at all.
We highly recommend that guests take out travel insurance which includes any cancellation expenses.
Minimorn Selfcatering
- Check in is from 4:00pm, and is a self service check. You are welcome to check in late, but please be aware we are only available until 9:30 pm at night for assistance.
- Guests must check out by 10am on the day of departure to allow for thorough cleaning to be completed before incoming guests. Late check outs may incur a late check out fee.
- Reservations for minimorn are on a self catering basis.
- Full payment must be made 2 weeks before the arrival date and this can be via BACS.

- The number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed 2 adults, or 1 adult and 1 child.
- We are dog friendly and accept up to 2 dogs, please advise at time of booking.
- Damage to property – Please treat the facilities & accommodation with due care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. In the event that you notice damage in your accommodation please let us know immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. If there have been any breakages during your stay please ensure you advise us before you leave. Any lost keys will need to be paid for prior to departure.
- The internet connection is available (at no extra cost) subject to technical availability.

- The owner shall not be liable for any temporary defect or malfunction of any equipment, machinery or appliance in the building, or grounds.
- Any problem or complaint which the client may have concerning their holiday must be immediately reported directly to us/our representatives and we will endeavour to put matters right. Any complaints not reported to us/the property manager at the time and only reported after the client has returned from holiday will not be considered by the proprietor.
